Jameson Deering
Youth Minister
Johnny leads the worship ministries at Oak Grove Baptist Church. He has a long rich history at OGBC in which his grandfather was a minister and he was saved during a revival. He was instrumental with the inception of forming the New Creation Band--a youth member band frequently featured at Oak Grove. He is employed at Baker and Taylor/Follett in Commerce. Johnny considers it a great honor to serve the Lord in any capacity and is so excited to be a part of what God is doing at Oak Grove.

Jameson is engaged to his soon to be wife Kylie Williford. Jameson and Kylie met at Truett McConnell and started dating. Jameson and Kylie will be getting married May 2023.
Jameson's mother is Hayley Deering, father, Scottie Deering and his sister is Lauren Deering.
Other Interests
Jameson’s hobbies are playing golf and spending time on the lake with his friends.
